Step-by-Step Calibration Workflow
- Read & Backup Original ECU: Connect CMD Flashtec / bFlash / Dimsport New Trasdata Master (always with a stable 13.8V / 28V bench power supply) and save a complete backup before exporting the raw Internal Flash / Maps
.bin. - Open in DaVinci Ghost v1.0.41: Launch the Windows 10/11 desktop app and load your
.bin. If the software variant is unrecognized, 0 tokens are deducted. - Toggle Desired Switches: Enable DPF Off, EGR Off, AdBlue/SCR Off, Swirl Flaps, OPF/GPF, selective DTC Table Explorer codes and CHK/CVN.
- Export & Write Back: Save the calibrated binary and flash it back to the ECU with CMD Flashtec / bFlash / Dimsport New Trasdata Master, observing any sensor disconnection instructions shown in the app log.
