Load the ECU read (.bin / .ori) from your flashing tool. The file stays on your PC until you decide to analyse it.

Flip the switches you need, enable CHK/CVN and save. Applying or removing solutions on an open file does not cost anything more.

New PC?
A license is bound to the Reg ID of the PC it first logs in from. To move it to another PC, log in from the new PC: the app offers Move license to this PC for €100 (or enter the new Reg ID on your account page) and the old PC is unbound the moment the payment clears.
Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number. Prices in EUR; your bank converts to your currency at its own rate. No sales tax is added at checkout.
Tokens reset daily at midnight (Madrid time). A token is spent only when a tunable file is opened; solutions never cost extra. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; the license stays active until the end of the paid period.

Questions we get asked
What is a token?
A token is one tunable file opened in the app. When the analysis confirms that the ECU has solutions available, 1 token is deducted from your daily allowance. Everything you do afterwards on that file (enabling DPF, EGR, AdBlue, CHK/CVN and so on) is included.
What happens if my file is not tunable?
Nothing is charged. If the analysis fails or the ECU has no solution available, the file is logged as "not tunable" and your token count stays the same. You only pay for files the app can actually work on.
When do my tokens reset?
Every day at midnight, Europe/Madrid time (CET/CEST). Unused tokens are not carried over. The "Token Left" counter in the top bar of the app always shows what is left for today.
Can I use my licence on more than one PC?
No. One license works on one PC. On your first login the app binds the account to that PC's Reg ID (the hardware ID shown in the login window). Logging in from a different PC returns "This license is bound to another PC" and offers Move license to this PC for €100: pay by card and the license switches to the new PC immediately, the old one stops working.
How do I get more tokens per day?
Every license includes 10 tokens a day. Open Info › Upgrade Tokens in the app (or the Daily tokens card of your account page) and pay once: 20 tokens a day for €200 or 30 tokens a day (the maximum) for €400. The new level is applied to your account automatically as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
Does it work with trucks and heavy-duty vehicles?
Yes. The car list includes passenger cars, vans and trucks (heavy-duty ECUs such as Bosch EDC7, EDC17CV, MD1CE and Cummins). Open the truck file the same way: the analysis identifies the ECU and shows which solutions apply, and the same daily tokens are used.
Does the app correct the checksum and the CVN?
Yes. Enable the CHK/CVN switch before saving and the file is written with a corrected checksum and CVN. It is part of the same token: there is no extra cost.
Is my file uploaded somewhere?
The file is sent to the analysis engine only when you open it in the app, so the ECU can be identified and the solutions applied. The result is returned to your PC and you save it wherever you like.
How does the €10 test pass work?
You pay €10 once, create your password and log in: the hour starts at that first login and gives you 3 tokens to open your own files with the real software. It can be bought once per customer. If you then take a monthly or yearly license, the same account and PC are kept.
How do I cancel or change my card?
From your account page (Manage subscription / invoices) or from the app: Info › Upgrade Tokens › Manage subscription opens your Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel, update the card or download invoices. After cancelling, the license keeps working until the end of the period you already paid.
Refunds and support
Support is handled by e-mail at [email protected]. Write from the e-mail of your account and include your Reg ID and, if it is about a file, the ECU shown by the analysis. Because a token is only spent on a file the app has confirmed as tunable, questions about a charge are reviewed against the file log of your account. Chargebacks filed instead of writing to support close the account permanently. Full details in the Refund & ECU Policy.
